Stake Family History Center personnel train Ward Family History Consultants who are called by the bishop and assigned the task of working at the center by the Temple and Family History Leader (formerly in the manual was referred to as the High Priest Group leader)
Handbook 2 5.4.7.2 reiterates that which is also found the the FHC manual (2015)
Due to recent changes the words High Priest Group Leader can effectively translate to Ward Temple and Family History Leader
