 Notes from our August 2020 Zoom Meeting

Thank you all for coming and participating!  It was great meeting you and finding out where you come from and how you are still managing to share family history, stay sheltered in place and work with others.  Here are some notes we have taken and summarization.

We discussed

•  training of Relief Society Presidencies and Elders Quorum Presidencies.  
• the fact that the HC over TFH does not have to do the training alone.  He can pass the tools to a trusted Stake Consultant and step back waiting for opportunities to personally mentor.

URGENT REQUEST....If I get a message that you edited something, that means you didn't download it to your hard drive, rename it and your edited work may have saved on my OneDrive....please...this is a trust issue.  

We need you to use anything that is helpful to you in your calling, just email us and tell us you are trying it out.  Otherwise, we just have a name...and a document that has been changed and we won't be able to share this way....

I have a few names of people who have edited the Relief Society check list "to the temple" which can be saved as any AUX for an excellent checklist, but not easily if someone has already altered formulas or titles.....

You are welcome to download and use them.  Please don't change any of the verbiage as it is just as it appears in the handbook, or straight from our notes from our meetings in Salt Lake City.  Once you download anything, please change the name slightly by adding a 1 or if you DO make a change, our one drive will try to save it over our originals.

Here is the audio and presentation - the one with Zoom failed miserably and we only recovered 2 minutes.  Better luck next time.
